Deposit - To secure your place in a class or on one of our trips a 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot. Please call, mail in or come by with your deposit - include your name, phone number, address, class type and dates.
Included - All necessary paddling equipment will be provided. We provide all transportation during our classes, to and from our store for all courses. Lunches are also included for full day classes, and all meals for our overnight trips. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
Rescheduling Policy - You may reschedule into another class or trip at no charge until seven days prior to the class start date. If you reschedule within seven days of your original class or trip then there will be a 25% rescheduling fee. Not applicable to river trips.
Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to trip date. Cancellations until seven days prior to the class are able to receive a refund of the deposit, less a 25% processing fee. Cancellations in less time prior to the class or trip receive no refund of the deposit. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of the trip will be charged in full.

to cancel any class/trip that does not receive a minimum number of
sign ups. Enrollment may be converted to private or group instruction.
